22moTrending @Accenture; Ovverrated company reputation, regretted after you joined?
I felt a big achievement and quite content when I joined Accenture, but 2 years down the line, I am regretting it all.
I feel like you cannot grow here till the time you are not the bosses favourite. If you try to change your project, the people at the higher level easily restrict it.
Hikes are not that great, and do not even happen in most of the cycles. Working hours drain me out and make me feel like there is no work-life balance.
No appreciation of work either.
Is it just me?

that's why i have put up resignation despite not having much hike atleast next company giving relevant work profile which is hard to get in atci these days.
working here is feeling like demotivating as our skills are not improving only experience is increasing.
