Overworked underpaid

Corporate jobs which are chaotic

Hey guys, I have been really overwhelmed in my job with a little unrealistic expectations and constant change of tasks.

I feel helpless at times and there is no joy in doing a work where your own teammates are negative. Do you guys too feel overworked or being stuck in a bad company?

Does a good company with good process and respect for people really exist ?
