Experience- 4.8+ years Tech- MEAN with sound knowledge of React Salary- 5.2 LPA in WTCH level company.
Manager is asking me to do code reviews of recently hired resources getting 3x salary more than me as I have higher project experience.
Am i that much underpaid? But due to AI there are less number of position for this full stack dev.
