Overlapping issues

I have a one-month and 20-day overlap issue, which I did not mention on my resume, as it is being considered by all the companies reviewing my profile. Recently, I shared the necessary documents with Capgemini, but they have not responded yet.. Please any suggestions on this.

Nowadays all companies are checking service overlap. Btw how did you end up with overlap?

I resigned from my first company, but since my manager was on leave, my release was delayed by a month. In the meantime, I joined another company but left within a month due to personal reasons.
