Trending @Wipro; Overburden, late-night stays, daily stretches due extra pressure.

Being working in wipro, it's been 3 years, and old team members with experience are now gone, new one act like rookies even if they have experience. Whole team seems like f* ed up? For the last 6 months, I have been continuously giving extra time on my seat, and is this acceptable with a B1 salary.

But our slogan is - Lage rahe munna bhai! Just a few things for QTR end.

Few improvements you can make to balance it out:

  1. Instead of working long hours on weekdays work over weekend and claim the comp off
  2. Showcase your efforts regularly, bi-weekly to encash it during review
  3. Keep talking to your manager how team can be improved, if A wing is not functional how the load is high on B wing and how B wing has outperformed even with high workload & higher time constraint pressure.

This will improve situation gradually in team with your inputs, you will also get benefited by building long-term trust with your manager.

Later I declined the promotion in same salary and moved to a different team
