Trending @Infosys; Outstanding rating but 7% hike. Is it due to the pending Promotion Letter?

I'm JL5A. Selected for Tech Arch role in the last week of Dec 24. This year the first time, I got a hike after 3 years but 7%. Is it because at the time of the promotion letter release, they will again change or increase my pay scale (my manager confirmed this ) When should I expect to get the promotion letter if my release date is the 24th Feb? Appreciate your help or opinion.

Mine was 14 including pb after 6.6 hike now at 15 commendable rating. After hike I kept resignation and looking for opportunities. Good that you got promotion hope for the best

How long it'll take from jl4 to jl5?

Start applying to IJP. Check with your manager regularly.

Generally minimum 2.5- 3 years in JL4

For me even with no promotion i got only 8% hike for outstanding
