Trending @Accenture; Outsiders joining Accenture with only 5 YOE getting landed at level 9

Very strange that I heard today the one joined as my replacement having only 5yoe and having level 9....and at the other hand I am with 15 YOE at still level 9...

I also joined accenture with 6 years at level 9 . I think it is problem with you sitting at 9 with 15 yrs . You should be senior manager now. But it is fine .all are not same.

It depends on the luck also, and the worst part you wanna listen, they put me into PIP despite giving 120%... Forget about promotion s, we are not even getting hike here and you must be curious to know why I am not looking outside then I am looking since year but no calls, even gets a call then no further update... Not sure what I should do
