I have 8+ years of exp in QA sent my resignation for almost 100% hike in another finance product company and to retain me they are giving me onsite with no guarantee on Indian salary hike. What could be better wrt guys ?
They will visa too and say hold u but not guarantee on ur travel. It is depends on many factors like project, overall industry market trends, Office politics and many. But product based is 100 % sure I guess if u joined
