Outside India Remote Roles for Non Tech

I have seen a lot of companies hire developers and tech professionals for remote roles outside India. Does anyone have any idea about companies hiring non tech roles in the same way? e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, etc

I attended interviews for these for tech roles. But I've noticed non tech roles as well. DigitalOcean was shitty in salary, they wanted me to take a pay cut. Rocket and Deel were pretty decent.
