My email box, sent items all got empty by itself. Is it normal for tcs emails? I am new joinee here.

I am also new joinee but i got some info that in mobile app it will have only last 2,3 month mails. Rest will be deleted but available from the myapp.tcs. I believe they have 200 mb storage for mails on mobile
