Outlook earlier trace mails are not present now

My account was deactivated for sometime and now that it is retrieved My earlier sent mails are not even present in any section not in deleted one's. Those mails were very crucial for me. I want to know whether our company or someone in hr or manager can have access to our mails and delete them? How should I proceed with this complaint?whom should I contact now?

Contact IT support first. If unresolved, escalate to HR. Document all communications. If still unresolved, escalate to higher management. Legal action or social media are last resorts.
