Out of shift hours incident management folks call

Dear folks

If incident management folks call outside of shift hours do we need to pickup the call provided we are not the shift person?

It's an Australia based project and mostly it's general and morning shift

why are they not calling that shift resource but you ???

if they are calling for some help then i think occasionally it should be fine but if its some other reason to you and not the particular shift person…. please tell complete scene
