Need help in figuring out right service for sending otps to users

Try Smartping or Plivo. Also could potentially fallback to WhatsApp if the SMS is not delivered after say like 30 seconds
Have you tried Kalerya by any chance? Just curious on how do they perform compared to Sns
Not sure about Kalerya. I have used the above 2 and SNS. SNS was a bit expensive so we switched to Smartping for Indian numbers and Plivo for international
Does any of these service provider proactively share best practices and counter-abuse mechanism to avoid hefty bills/wallet drain?
Our team had to do a lot of figuring out by ourself, AFTER our service were abused in multiple different ways.

Go with Gupshup, when things go bad they would be the ones most likely available

Do you have the DLT registration etc done?
Try AuthKey, found their services to be the cheapest.
