OREC . Revised compensation letter

My friend was in onshore for couple of years through HCL. When He was in onshore, HR told him that revised compensation letter will be released once he returns to offshore.

He returned to offshore last month but letter did not get release. He raised SSD and HR was saying that letter will release with in 45 days. He waited 45 days and raised SSD again. HR was again saying that please allow the process to complete. What will my friend do on this case ? Please advise.

Same case is with me also and it's been more than 3 months and HR is still saying that the team is working on it.

Which location are you from ? Which vertical? DBS or DFS?

He will the letter some time it takes 2-3 months. He will get increment amount as arear from date of joining back.
