Oracle salary hikes - what to expect?

been at oracle for 2 yrs n got my first hike.. and honestly? it sucks. barely anything compared to workload. do things get better with time or is it always like this? anyone?

Yes same. No hike given in last 2 years. So resigned last month. Better find good opportunity outside.

I thought so initially when I joined. Basic rule of thumb if your skills are valued more outside then switch. As simple as that.

It's the same thing.i Joined in 2022 ans no hike. This year they gave but that single digit also sucks.I also try to change as no learning here and no hike
