Oracle OHAI vs Kotak Mahindra Bank

Need help deciding between the two. Both have similar ctc. Instead of RSUs Kotak is providing retention bonus of same value. Both have fixed part same.

I am inclining towards Oracle because

  1. I think it is stable than Kotak and has good brand value.
  2. And salary is almost same that they are providing.
  3. Also being a bigger brand Oracle provides some benefits not in Kotak.
  4. Notice Period of Kotak in also a concern it has 90 days(vs 30 days in oracle)

I have a policy never to join a chomu company with 90 day NP. Not productive for your life.

Join Oracle for min2 years. Get brand on your resume and come out. Oracle is not good for long term because salary increment are negligible there.
