Oracle OHAI vs Kotak Mahindra Bank

I need help in deciding btw offers from these 2 organizations (both in bangalore) -

Kotak – SDE-2 Base - 44L Bonus - 4.4L Retention bonus - 10L every year for 4 years First year comp - 58.3L

Oracle Health – SMTS Base - 35.3L RSUs - 39000 USD (vesting - 40/30/20/10) First year comp - 49.3L
Folks who are working at these companies, how are the perks?
I heard Kotak comp is sneaky, do check detailed comp. (I don't remember details)
Oracle just went through heavy firing, after cerner acquisition (is that Oracle health now?)
Oracle RSU value would also be hit due to the spike and crash recently, so check the issue price
Oracle with MNC tag would have better policies
I can't recall if Kotak revoked their WFH policy
Kotak in the past few years hired heavily from Amazon. if you're joining that vertical, it would be better. Else it'd be dull.
