Oracle notice period negotiation.

I have resigned from Oracle and the notice period is 30 days. Can I reduce the notice period with my accumulated leaves which is 59 (49 vacation leaves + 10 sick leaves)?

What are other imp points I should know about the exit process?

What!! Oracle has notice period of 90 days!! I thought they had 60 days notice period
