Oracle Netsuite: Need Review plz

Hello folks, Anybody knows about Oracle Netsuite and Job opportunities with Netsuite project? Actually I notice them hiring on urgent basis and I may be going for its interview. So I want to know if it is really worth it to put efforts for in-person interviews. (1) Is it good enough to join for senior level folks- 12+ yrs. (2) Is it good from tech learning and career growth perspective, for a Java Full Stack person? (3) Is that application restrictive for learning, compared to other usual Java web applications that we create using SpringBoot, and other open source tools? (4) Is Oracle Netsuite department’s job better than other Oracle jobs? (except OCI obviously) (5) Do they give annual hike in Netsuite, or is it same as other Oracle jobs where hikes come only after 2-3 yrs gap? (6) Are there risks of layoffs for high paid folks? Any past incidences of layoffs in this specific division of Oracle?
