Oracle health vs Flipkart
Currently working in walmart in toxic team where I'm not getting to learn anything, hence switching within year, got offer from oracle health (smts) and flipkart (sde 2) , yet to negotiate offer with both which one should I join? For me no pip/layoff and good wlb is high priority please suggest.

@FrozenBarometer95 is it IC3? I heard somewhere who joined as IC3, got 38 as fixed and 17 L RSU for first year. Can you throw some light what HR said you regarding expectation or what they can provide.

@ignitorconso I am offered with 36 as fixed & 14L first year RSU. And HR is this is the top of the band? Can I negotiate more? Did you also get an offer? Can you share the same?
I didn't join oracle. Not at all worth. Too much outdated tech stack and too much layoffs. Glad I made the correct choice.if you are stuck somewhere and toxic , the only switch else don't bri
