Oracle Fusion Financials or SAP FICO/S4 HANA

Dear Grapevine Family,

I’m seeking some guidance from this wonderful community. I’m planning to enroll in a specialization course, but I’m currently torn between SAP FICO with S/4 HANA and Oracle Fusion Financials (R13).

From your experience or industry knowledge, which of these domains offers better career growth, salary prospects, and overall long-term stability in the job market? I would truly appreciate any insights regarding market demand, job openings, and future opportunities.

For context, I’m a B.Com graduate and currently pursuing MBA and working with an MNC in the accounts receivables department. YOE 4 years, and I’m eager to invest in a path that is both rewarding and in demand.
