Oracle fusion copy roles and data access from one person to another person.

I know we can direct copy roles from one user to another person in single go by using the copy user option in the users tab. But it will copy only roles.

Is there any way to copy all roles and/or data access from person A to person B? Or how the data access can be assigned an easy way?
