Oracle Cerner OR Massmutual

I got Offer from both Oracle and Massmutual. CTC is almost same but Oracle offered stocks split across 40,30,20,10% respectively for 4years.

I'm confused to choose which one to join. Can someone suggest your options in-terms of work life balance, career progress & hikes and work culture.
