Oracle Cerner Offer

Hello,

I have received ic2 offer from Oracle Health in the Real Time Health Organization(EHR) . So can somebody help me with how the work culture is, how are the projects and the learning curve. The interviewers informed that they are working on migration and upgradation of the tech stacks of all projects. Also what all benefits we get.
