Hi guys, confused about the optional holiday.

If day X is mentioned as an optional holiday, does that mean ,if i don't go to the office on that day and don't apply for wfh, then will it be considered as a holiday?

You have to apply for optional holiday and also choose which optional holiday you want to avail.

Search apply optional holiday it will list then you can select which day you are going to take.
