Hi, I am new to Infy in the Holiday calendar I saw that Oct 1st was an optional holiday I informed the client that I will not be available that day when I checked in Infyme it was showing status unknown how can I apply optional leave whether earned leave will be deducted or where I should update that I have opted for Optional leave. Can anyone guide me

There must be group 2 below and apply optional holiday option and you just need to avail it.
