Trending @Accenture; Opportunity in MNC

I have 9.5 fixed pay and 21% variable. I got one offer from one of the MNC companies having 11 lack fixed pay with no variable pay.

Total experience 4 years as Data Engineer.

As per calculation I am getting total CTC her is 11.49 (fix + variable)

So which option is better? Accepting new offer with low CTC and resign. Or wait for the November cycle (Don't know about the hike).

If I resign now. Will I get a hike in the November cycle? Or will HR revoke a rewards statement?

Why would you accept an offer with low CTC?

Due to 90 days notice Period

And all MNC companies say we know how much Accenture gives variable pay.so they gives hike on fixed pay and for 90 days notice Period they gives low hike and says you will come to us to negotiate salary in 90 days. So we want some scope that's why we are not giving you more than that

Accept the offer, evennif you're getting hike it can't be taken back so don't worry, it's just you won't get the variable pay as you have resigned that's all
