Opportunity from Capgemini for client HSBC

I recently got selected for a project with HSBC through Capgemini, and I’m currently evaluating the opportunity before proceeding further.

I would really appreciate honest feedback from anyone who has worked on the HSBC account — especially from a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform perspective.

How is the project environment in terms of:

• Work culture and team collaboration?
• Technical exposure and learning opportunities?
• Client expectations and delivery pressure?
• Overall work-life balance?

I have around 5+ years of experience, primarily in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and I’m looking for a project that offers good architectural exposure, stability, and growth.
