Opportunity from Capgemini for client HSBC

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently working at Wipro and have recently cleared the interview process with Capgemini. I’ve also been selected for their HSBC client project and will be joining Capgemini soon.

Before onboarding, I wanted to gather some genuine feedback from those who have worked on the HSBC account.

Specifically from a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform perspective:

• How is the overall project environment?
• How is the work culture and client interaction?
• What kind of technical exposure can one expect?
• Is the project stable long-term?
• How is the work-life balance?

I have 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and I’m keen on projects that offer strong technical ownership and growth.

Would really appreciate honest insights from anyone currently working or who has previously worked on this account.
