Opportunity for freelancing while working

From one of the company I got an offer interviewing for a part time opportunityfor which they will pay around 1 lac per month on your spouse account or parent where you will in return I have to tell the client that I ll be working full time on the payroll of the company who came with this offer?what do you think guys should I go...I am already working and I have to do this as per my convience
