I am switching companies and I have the following two offers for an SRE role with 4.5 YOE. Which one would you choose? Please also let me know if you think I'm getting lowballed. Appreciate the help!
Infosys - 13.5 LPA (10% Variable)
LTIMindtree - 15 LPA (All Fixed)

Try getting more offers. You can get paid more in SRE with 4.5 YoE

Thank you for your input. I have applied to a few more openings and I'm awaiting interview calls. Will evaluate the offers again if I get any more. Just wanted an opinion on my current offers at hand.
