Opinion on Designation

Hi guys, so I have an appraisal ongoing and I’m set to be promoted. I am currently a manager and now have the option to either take role of Lead or Senior Manager (perks of startup’s where you can choose 🤪).

Which is better? I’m a little confused as to which will be more senior
