Opinion needed regarding release from project
Good morning friends
I'm currently working in production support project where they're calling me in weekends also when it's holiday
Would like to highlight a recent incident where I have worked last Sunday,Saturday was week off but another team wanted some information I shared with them and supported on holiday also
This Monday was on shore holiday(client holiday) but then also I had to login to support if any high priority tickets are raised
Just wanted to understand if I ask release from this project will it cause any impact?
I want to take this risk since I know delivery head who's got lot of projects in other accounts
There's a C3b lady in my project who will always take most planned leaves For example this month she's taken 5 planned leaves in 22/23 working days and apart from the planned leaves every month she will take 3-4 days leave telling her kid is not well. I'm sick etc etc
She doesn't have morning shift logs in at 11am and logs off at 6pm most of the time
Hence TL will call me for backup during any CR etc which will extend till night
Feeling overloaded and stressed

It's tight situation bro ignore it for till March 26. Once market stable then we will take our stand .Don't take any decision this time I will suggest you take deep knowledge of your project and be active on your account make dependency and give all your credit to your TL.
After March when you get an offer out side then see the magic at TCS.
Do not able to buy what all who are saying . They might have call you to help individuals on weekend oncall person right ?
