Opinion and thoughts

I am an NIT Grad with 3 yoe in my 1st company recently got promoted about 3-4 months back with 14LPA salary.

I see people from colleges of lower tier than mine earning more switching companies etc. I think I am going as per my career plan and timeline but after seeing other I sometimes question "am I lagging behind?" or "is everyone growing so fast that I'm late?"

What's your take and thoughts on this. How can I be happy with my career progressions and achievements like promotion etc and not get bothered by others. Or should I be bothered?

I like my work here. I like everything but sometimes it feels the pay is low and that the pay will not increase by staying here itself. Maybe I fear losing good work, WLB etc. if I switch but it seems it's necessary for salary increase.
