Opinion about companies

I have deltek company - 13.8 lpa fixed - remote option but shift is 5.30pm to 2.30am, 6% variable

Then I have

Accenture - 13.5 lpa fixed + 0- 21% variable hyderbad location (currently I'm in pune)

I have 4 years of experience, roles are SRE and automation.

Can you guys suggest me to choose? How's the night shift is it manageable ?
