What is usually the process for SE3 position? How many rounds or any inputs would actually help.

I’m not the hiring manager so I can’t say exactly. However I can confirm they do pay competitively. You can check leetcode or other places to confirm the salary role

The description is pretty generic.

• MS in CS or other equivalent technical degree. • Ability to demonstrate high proficiency in Python, Go or some Object-Oriented Language. • Experience in building distributed systems, solid fundamentals in Networking, Databases, Operating systems. • Ability to clearly think out APIs and write clean, efficient code. • Experience with platforms and technologies like Docker, Openstack, Kubernetes, Network Monitoring, and automation tools and frameworks (Ansible, Helm, Jenkins) is a plus. • Familiarity with Git. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Experience with implementing responsive web designs and writing unit and integration tests. • Takes pride in delivering bug free code. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment. • A knack for benchmarking and optimization. • Implement features using cutting edge technologies with rapid data-driven iteration.  • Measure your work thoroughly, analyse results, and generate hypotheses to drive new product changes through A/B testing.  • An appetite to dive in and understand all the nuances of infrastructure too. Work with other developers to advance frameworks and best practices.
