Opening for Interns / Part-Time / Full-Time Resources

Hi! I need to build a platform for a 'niche community' where users will get latest updates, job openings, discussion forums etc. I have built something on WIX, but need to sale it - increase traffic. I am looking for web development resources, content creators who can help me in this project / start-up. I am not a techie. I need resources who are from Delhi, so that if needed they can operate from my home office. Pls reply to this post in case your are interested to know more.
