If you have experience with hospitality business, it's a wise decision. If not, I would suggest you to do it part time because I have personally seen people closing their restaurant/cafe business within 1 year

Observed few cases in the market. People move towards 3 sectors when they have to do business - food , mobile and fashion. So your idea will not be unique. As someone said in the above comment try with part time.
