Open Source Contributions

I want to contribute to a github repository, but they have a Contributer License Agreement, that states that I should have permission from my employer to do so.

Anyone have any information on this? Who should I send a mail to? I didn't find anything on Ultimatix regarding this.

no reason in particular, It was an up for grabs issue, and I thought I could solve it. If they don't mention any CLA, then can I go for it?
