Open ODC at TCS Pioneer

Recently I got transferred from Hyderabad to Bengaluru and was allocated to the TCS Pioneer building. Although my project has ODC at Pioneer but I haven't received the access yet. So wanted to know if there is any open or common ODC at Pioneer or L Center Bangalore.
