Open hiring consultancies vs conventional procedure
Hi guys,
I want to find a job outside India.
The noemal method to apply on career sites/job boards isn't working, resumes arent shortlisted even when they are ATS friendly.
Now, I am looking to take the help of immigration consulting firms to help me find a job in Germany/Luxembourg
Consulting Firm no.1: They want me to have an opportunity visa for germany first, and then they will arrange several interviews for me (15 at max). Their feeis 35k +visa charges
Consulting firm no.2: They offer open hiring with their partners in Luxembourg. The deal is: 70 euros(refumdable) for profile assessment(through resume/cv), if passed, they will get me a job offer (they claim since it is open hiring, there is no need of interviews). After getting the offer letter, i can go for documentation (on my own or with their help) And once i land in Luxembourg, I have to pay them 3 lakhs within 1 year.
I dont know much about open hiring. They say that the client will do a background verifocation, etc., but i am still confused about how they will test my skills.
Has anyone ever taken the help of immigration consultants? It would be helpful if someone could guide me more on the open hiring process. SHOULD I:
