Trending @Wipro; Open 'Favoritism' in wipro by this so called project manager
There is this manager in wipro who stayed in wipro for generations >10 years who has monopoly,silently influences 'competency' makes sure he is surrounded by his so called 'loyal' group whose major task is to gossip and entertain/encourage this person (boot licking). Here work is not the yard stick,you have to cooperate with this guy even if he calls late night at 12 asking fr status or stretch yourself everyday sharing your screen .If you oppose you will be tagged as having attitude. Wipro has been a dream company because of such vultures/leeches its reputation is going for a toss.Resigned because of this guy, no matter which project you go to in wipro how much ever hard u wrk this guy will make sure that ur life becomes hell.Irate clients are much better than such cowards.Best part is he sounds so professional and no one would even believe that this guy has such intentions.
Same for me but he tagged attitude because I said no to do one certification which is not having any knowledge/training he send dumps as well but I denied to do and guess what attitude board is tagged on me... Anyway I mentally prepared to resign after I got more than 2 years of experience so, I just went on my own way.... He didn't do anything just staring 😂 and spreading rumors of like he didn't have skill etc etc.. But no one believes because I'm in project from starting of career and only junior in team who Doing frontend and backend coding and sometimes production issues as well.... My suggestion is don't think to spend your whole life in one company, always stay updated skill in your technology, don't think you will get more hike and always give interview outside to check your skill with market standards ... Simple your life will be happy....
Yes It's there in Wipro....but the same is case with most Indian MNCs
Try getting client project , these things won’t happens in client .
Even my manager is the same ðŸ˜
