Trending @Infosys; Onsite UK opportunity- IC

I am at JL6, currently being offered onsite opportunity in London. I wanted to get some idea about the salary expectations and have some questions around it.

  1. Is the MOA separate from the fixed component?
  2. Will the Indian salary be a part of the Fixed GBP salary?
  3. Also, how much salary one can expect? How is tax going to be calculated?

Any other insight/suggestion around this would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

  1. MOA is part of fixed component. Not sure why they keep it this way.
  2. Some part Fixed GBP salary will be paid in INR for at-least a year. I.e. so what you see i. Assignment is what you will get (GBp+INr) nothing more
  3. UK salary are considered lowest for th cost if living. There is not much to negotiate unless there are really desperate. Yiu can pleade with DM to increase by 10-15%. You can see the amount in glomo
  4. Tax will be per US laws. You will continue yo file your return here as well.

For married folks with kids going on-site for at make much sense financially. Unless th spouse is also working. You won’t save much and there are enough opportunities in GCCs to pay you more.
