Onsite to move back to offshore what are additional benefits I can ask?
Hello All,
I am working from a Onsite location from last 2yrs, and due to personal reasons I want to move back to india.
Now my doubt is in this scenarios what are all benefits I can ask to the TCS management? Any thoughts.
Note: Moving back is completely my decision and still mgmt. wants me to stay in Onsite location only.

Nothing, you will not get anything, same happened with me 2 years ago, i landed with same package what i left 2 year ago. Non of the benefits provided to me and am not sure is there any policy is there as well. You will be treated as a similar to other associates if you are serving from long period in tcs and have few dependencies they will act swiftly but will not provide any benefits. Also one problem would be there since you are the one who is coming from onsite to offshore and billing is gonna impact just because of you then they will act swiftly but you will be a pain in those eyes. Billing matters not employee benefit’s.
Your base country India or US? If it is US You can negotiate.. if it is India as someone said you can’t negotiate and what you get is as per your India compensation latter
