Onsite to Mexico
- Hey guys, As fresher i joined in Tcs with 7lpa, In july going to complete 3 years got an onsite opportunity to mexico, management is saying process will be done 2,3 months. Need your guidance how exactly i need negotiate on salary pay and whether going to Mexico is right decision or not?

For onsite, the salaries are fixed for most locations ( based on grade and experience). There is really nothing to negotiate.
