Onsite or switch to other IT MNC

I'm currently working as a Management Trainee for the last 9 months and TCS is my first company, I got an offer to join onsite for the same project and also got offers from other IT MNC.

What should I do can someone suggest please ? I have a aspiration to join FAANG !
