I have a long-term onsite opportunity offer to Germany . My last working day is in a week and need to decide if i need to reject 10.4 Lpa job over onsite or not. Please suggest

Onsite is best but many times they promise onsite but don't give. So think carefully

I mean I don’t know the perk that you will get if you will go on-site but money over everything . If you are getting good salary hike from the other company then switch
