
OnSite OR 24.5 LPA
Hello everyone, i have 10+ yrs of experience and my current package in TCS is 16 LPA. I have an offer of 24.5 LPA in hand from other company. Now tcs offering onsite in europe. Which one should i choose.
Note: They have not confirmed the onsite salary yet.

TCS on-site is a trap if they are delaying the process and not confirming duration salary and other details so be very careful just don’t fall on the name of on-site

Buddy, I am onsite at UK. Being in Europe doesn't give you great opportunity to save due to inflation and less onsite pay. tCS won't give you visa that willblet you switch onsite or visa which will enable you to settle down in the country in which you are getting deputed. Personally I would say choose 24L in India because you live a luxurious life in India at that CTC than moving to outside and starting everything fresh. But it's from my own experience and perspective. You make your own decision. Know this, once you're onsite deputation ends, your TCS salary in India would still be at same region of 16L (that is after spending 5 yrs outside the country ).

Is onsite confirmed? If yes, prefer that.

You will be paid on hand 4000 euros on average across Europe, you will deputed for 3+2 years, if it is Geneva only 2 years. If you travel alone you can save 2.5 lakhs/month, in the case of family 1.5L. If you need more details DM me. My advice is go for 24.5 LPA if it is a product based company.

Its service based like other indian companies

If u have got the visa and mail for onsite select that

Tcs leadership doesn't care about email.

Its a trap only. Dont rely on TCS. Better to move on for growth.

if visa stamp and all done and onsite at least more than a year- Its good to stay in TCS.
You will save something, which you will not able to do even after changing the company.

Better 24.5 LPA...Never believe future prospects..

Goto onsite and switch the company..cost of living of more ,saving is less but u will have exposure to different countries,travel with this visa
