Onsite opportunity to US

Super super stringent and hard. Its become more political and cut throat.

Performance alone wont help. You need to kiss ass and ensure to get on good graces. Do something major for your manager and hope they remember the help.

They have started these short period onsite but its been a mess so far. Short 3 to 6 months stuff but it aint worth it as far as I have heard.

So yeah onsite in any of the service companies big ones especially is a long shot.
