Onsite Opportunity / Sending on tourist visa for 30 days as business visa not available.
I got a opportunity to visit onsite on a short term project. I was told I will get business visa but now due to unavailability they are providing tourist visa. I know it's illegal to work on tourist visa should I go or not ?
You will get arrested
If u get caught u can be barred from entry to that country again and even arrested and forced to pay heavy penalty. Same happening in my project one associate was caught and made to pay heavy penalty. Additional u may yourself not travel and decline citing compliance and report the matter they will fuck your project management
It could extend to one more month but as this is last phase of the project
so whats this project that require to work onyl for 30 days onsite?
